Armand van Oostrom holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Maastricht University and brings over 25 years of international experience as a consultant and COO in Operations and Supply Chain management. He is a Senior Lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in Operations & Supply Chain. As a researcher he contributes to research on Designing Value Networks. Armand leads project workstreams focusing on strengthening Entrepreneurial Ecosystems through Systemic Co-Design.
